Delivery Information

 

Due to COVID 19, processing and shipping on any order maybe delayed beyond the normal time frames which are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this worldwide pandemic. If you have any questions about your order, our phone lines and online chat are available during normal business hours of 10am - 6pm EST M-F.

 

 

 

Thank you for your recent order. We take great pride in processing your order quickly and accurately as possible. Unless your order is an OEM Infiniti Accessory, you should receive tracking information in 2-3 business days (M-F). Please be aware that tracking information is not active until the item leaves the facility and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your order.

 

For OEM accessories, please allow 5 business days for the item(s) to process and leave our facility.

 

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground, USPS or FedEx.

 

If for some reason the item is not available for shipment, we will notify you of the delay via email.

 

Shipments: For your convenience, there is a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page for cost estimate once the item has been added to the cart. If you live outside the Contiguous United States, you will have to contact us for a price quote based on your location to include city and zip code. FREE Shipping only applies to Contiguous U.S.

 

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address when ordering. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it’s being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and needs to be reported to your local Police Department immediately. We will not replace at our expense.

 

At our sole discretion, a signature may be required for delivery for any order!
