SR20DET Application Notes

Gapping for Turbo Use: The out-of-box gap of 0.11mm (0.044") is too wide for a modified SR20DET and will cause spark blow-out under load. You must manually re-gap these plugs down to a tighter specification (typically between 0.028" to 0.032" / 0.7mm to 0.8mm, depending on your boost levels and ignition setup) before installation.

Suitability: Heat range 7 is widely recommended by enthusiasts and tuners for SR20DET setups running increased boost or pushing roughly 300–450 horsepower.
