I did not expect the paddle shifters to be nearly as responsive as these turned out to be. I have a 2007 g35x and wanted to add something to liven up the total driving experience and these paddles did the trick. This definitely helps make the car feel much sportier and much more fun to drive, It gives you much more control than the slap stick and is SIGNIFICANTLY more responsive. The paddles also allow you to manually change gear in drive mode and have it return to drive after awhile, which makes them very convenient for downshifting then passing rather than vice versa with the auto box. I've been told that the DIY grounding kit I installed previously on the car quickens the shifts but I have had it on since before the paddles so I cannot speak to a Before/After. 10/10 buying experience, price is lower than all competitors as of 4/4/17.
