The Tunerz Store is notifying all customers of a very important legal obligations imposed by the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, which is commonly known as “Proposition 65.”  Proposition 65 requires the State of California to publish and continually update a list of chemicals that are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.  Additional information regarding this act can be found at www.p65warnings.ca.gov/

Special Orders: Any item designated as “Special Order” cannot be cancelled once it has been placed on order, and cannot be returned regardless of the circumstances.
  
OEM Infiniti Accessories are special order items, we require you call or contact us for availability of that item before ordering online. OEM items ordered without checking availability first will be charged a 5% processing fee if that item is out of stock.

BC Racing Cancellation Policy: Effective January 1st 2015 BC Racing will require a 20% restocking fee on ALL cancellations for custom builds or out of stock items.

Warranty: Tunerz Store does not offer any warranty on the products it sells.  All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer.  Any product installed on a vehicle that is not an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part can void the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. 

Returns: Tunerz Store will not accept any returns after 30 days.  Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all pieces included.  All returns are subject to approval by Tunerz Store.  All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer - all return shipments must be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the customer.  Tunerz Store will not accept returns on: coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbocharger kits. When approved for inspection, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging.  Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refused.  Items that are approved for return and sent back within 30 days of delivery will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item. A $10 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable.  Return shipments must be sent to the address designated by Tunerz Store.

*In regards to promotional items; if an item is returned for whatever reason and there was a promotional item associated with that purchase, you will not be refunded the actual cost of the promotional item or any shipping fees associated with that item.*  

*If an item was sold with "Free Shipping", the original, actual outgoing shipping charges cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.*

Shipments: For your convenience, there is a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to get an estimate of cost once you have added the item to the cart..  If you live outside the Contiguous United States, you will have to contact us for a price quote based on your location to include city and zip code.  FREE Shipping only applies to contiguous U.S.

At our sole discretion, a signature may be required for delivery for any order!  This is simple protection for the customer and Tunerz Store.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to Tunerz Store by the carrier, the customer will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment.  This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

Damage Claims/Shipment Shortages/Missing Packages: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Tunerz Store will provide all necessary documentation, but all claims must be initiated by the client.  All packing materials must be kept by the recipient so they can be investigated by the carrier; Tunerz Store accepts zero responsibility for customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact Tunerz Store immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address when ordering.  If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it’s being delivered.  Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and needs to be reported to your local Police Department immediately.  We will not replace at our expense.

Pricing: Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of Tunerz Store.  If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full, or give the customer the option to pay the difference.

E-Gift Cards: Minimum purchase amount of $10 with maximum amount of $500.  E-Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.  Must be used toward purchase of products on our website.  E-Gift cards are for customers in the Contiguous US.  

Off-Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Tunerz Store, LLC are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. Tunerz Store does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.  Tunerz Store tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, customers should review the legality of products prior to purchase.

You agree that Tunerz Store and/or its employees shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense resulting from failures to give advice or for giving incorrect advice or information, whether or not due to our negligence or gross negligence. In no event shall any breach of contract on our part, or tort on our part (including negligence or gross negligence), or failure of any type on our part or that of our employees give rise to liability for consequential or incidental damages, including lost profits, bodily injury, or even death.

You release Tunerz Store, LLC and its employees from liability for any damage that any product or service may cause you, your vehicle or other vehicles or persons. You also agree that any legal action against Tunerz Store will be filed exclusively in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or a Kentucky federal court.

AMS RACE WAIVER:

In order to comply with provisions set forth by the Manufacturer, a Race Waiver Form must be completed in it's entirety for the purchase of "RACE" designated components.  Any sections left blank will result in your order being cancelled.
